Bao Nguyen

Bao is lead counsel at Golden & Associates. Bao has handled more than 1200 case files over the last 10 years. She has represented several multi-million-dollar corporations in British Columbia with their Immigration matters at the Provincial and Federal level. Bao has extensive experience in dealing with the International Mobility Program, the Economic Class, the Family Class and the Humanitarian and Compassionate Class. She has appeared before the Tribunal Court.

Bao enjoys spending valuable time with her family and plays pickleball competitively. She speaks English, Vietnamese, Turkish and is a novice at French.

Qualifications and experience:

• BA in International Economics, BA in Media and Communication

• Post-graduate program in Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law from UBC

• Licensed Immigration Consultant- Immigration Refugee Board of Canada

• Member of CICC and CAPIC

• +15 years of experience in the legal field
